You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. 66game may request identity documents at any stage to confirm your age. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 are immediately closed and any balance is forfeited.
No — each player is permitted one account only. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses. If you accidentally created a second account, contact live chat support immediately to have one of them closed.

Identity verification (KYC) is typically required before your first withdrawal and may also be triggered for large transactions or unusual account activity. You will be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC or passport. The process is handled inside your account and usually takes less than 10 minutes once documents are submitted. We recommend completing it proactively to avoid delays when you are ready to withdraw.
You can request account closure at any time by contacting our live chat support team. Before closing, any remaining PKR balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Deposits & Payments
66game accepts the following PKR payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically credited to your 66game wallet within 30–60 seconds. IBFT and card deposits may take a few minutes longer.
The minimum deposit at 66game is Rs 200. There is no fixed maximum deposit — however, higher amounts may trigger additional verification steps as part of our standard security and anti-money laundering procedures. For Easypaisa and JazzCash, your mobile wallet's own transaction limits also apply.
First, wait 5–10 minutes as some transactions take slightly longer during peak hours. If the balance still has not appeared, check your 66game transaction history under Account > Transactions to see the status. If it shows as pending for more than 15 minutes, contact support via live chat and share your transaction reference number. We will trace the payment and credit your account once confirmed.
66game does not charge any fees on standard PKR deposits. The full amount you deposit is credited to your gaming wallet. Note that your bank, Easypaisa, or JazzCash may apply their own transaction charges depending on your account type — check with your payment provider if you are unsure.

Withdrawals
Log in to your account and navigate to the Withdrawal section in your wallet dashboard. Select your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or card), enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure the payment method you withdraw to matches the one you used to deposit — this is a standard verification requirement. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 3–5 minutes.
The minimum withdrawal at 66game is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, although very large withdrawals may require additional identity verification. Players who have completed full KYC verification tend to experience faster processing on higher-value withdrawals.
Most Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes. IBFT and card withdrawals may take up to one business day. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 30 minutes for a mobile wallet, or more than 24 hours for bank/card, check your account transaction history first. If the status shows "processing," contact live chat support with your transaction reference and we will chase it for you immediately.
Withdrawals can be declined for several reasons: incomplete identity verification, outstanding bonus wagering requirements that have not been met, a mismatch between your deposit and withdrawal methods, or the withdrawal amount falling below the minimum threshold. Check the rejection notice in your account for the specific reason, then contact support if the reason is unclear.
Bonuses & Promotions
The welcome bonus is automatically applied to your first qualifying PKR deposit. You do not need to enter a code or contact support — just register, log in, and make your first deposit. The bonus is credited to your account immediately. The current welcome bonus amount and wagering requirements are shown in the Promotions section of your account once you are logged in.
A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus) a certain number of times before it can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to place Rs 20,000 in total bets before withdrawing. The specific requirement for each bonus is shown in that promotion's terms. Progress is tracked in the Bonuses section of your account.
Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue depending on the promotion. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the expiry period, the bonus is automatically removed. Bonuses are also forfeited if a self-exclusion or cooling-off period is activated. Check the specific bonus terms in your account's Promotions section for the expiry date. If you believe there has been an error, contact support.
You can enter a promo code during Step 2 of the registration process — there is a dedicated "Promo Code" field. For existing accounts, promo codes can be entered in the Promotions or Deposit section of your account. If you missed the opportunity to enter a code during registration, contact support as soon as possible and they will advise on next steps.

Aviator is a crash-style game developed by Spribe. A plane takes off and a multiplier grows as it climbs. If using a mobile browser, close background apps to free up memory. Switching between WiFi and mobile data sometimes helps.
